The Assenmacher 100k and 100 mile routes cover paved country roads, through mid-Michigan’s farmland and villages. Started in 1980, it is one of Michigan’s premier century rides. The A-100 is without competition as Michigan’s most reasonably priced ride, especially when one considers the outstanding range of snacks and drink available at each friendly, volunteer-staffed rest stop. It is a matter of club pride we provide the biggest bang for the buck in Michigan. The A-100 is held each year on the third Sunday in August and is often used as a tune-up ride for DALMAC. With routes from 20 to 100 miles, there is a route for everyone from the casual rider to the experienced enthusiast.
If you can’t make the ride to join us on that third Sunday in August, you can enjoy the ride on your own by following one of the routes linked below. The 100 Mile route comes up a little short because you have to go into Sleepy Hollow State Park to the first pavilion and loop back to the main road at mile 54.5(ish).
